Can you get reported for deliberately annoying people on Facebook?

My little brothers like to bother this guy they don't like, he gets angry easily that's why they do it. And start writing stuff like "poop" all over his wall and message him calling him names to tease him. They think it's funny.

Yes, it is reportable and the account they are using may get banned.

(And creating extra accounts is an automatic ban, when detected).

Deliberately targetting someone - bullying - is criminal harassment regardless of how its done.

Online, ANY breach of a web site's rules is technically a criminal offence under "computer misuse" laws, it's unauthorised access..

Additionally, in various countries it may be a separate criminal offence under communications laws.

Show them these; the first one exists in some form in just about every country, the second varies country to country:

    https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1990/18/conte...

    https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2003/21/secti...

Most of the time people just get banned and prosecutions are relatively rare - but do happen; over 2000 in the UK alone last year, largely people trolling social media sites...

yes, that is a reportable offense, but it's much more likely the person will just block him
