You will never know. Why not? Because there's nobody looking over your ISP's shoulder to make sure they aren't manipulating your access anymore. So next time you click on a search result and your browser says the page doesn't exist or the page takes forever to load and so you just close it, you can no longer assume that it's because the site was taken down or because of some problem at the website. It will now be just as likely that that's a site that your ISP doesn't want you visiting, usually because they will be wanting you to visit a different website, one with different opinions or a competing one their parent company owns or one that pays them to give you unrestricted access or any of myriad possible reasons. It will all happen behind the scenes, so you will have no idea, and since we no longer have the FCC behind the scenes watching what's going on, they won't be able to stop it and it will just go on unchecked.
