i think the conclusions of different religions are disconcerting but fascinating.
i can say one thing about a topic of wheat and tares, and find that one translation uses the words WEEds. to me the use of the word weed misleads the common reader. but in fact some will show me that the word tare and weed are the same the difference is that the tares are the children of sata. how many churches think they are NOT the children of satan and yet they are actually following satan and not knowing it. ?
we cannot all agree on definitions and traditions and we are spiritually blind because we do not follow those that SEE. so in seeking truth i recall the words of Paul to the Galatians, O foolish galatians, who has beguiled you that you should so soon fall away from the truth...
well, this translation says: "bewitched"...
Gal. 3: 1
1 O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you?
6 I marvel that ye are so soon aremoved from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another bgospel:
7 Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.
8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any bother gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
and yet all churches are fallen away, and they know not the truth because they do not know where to find it, and yet, they follow people that know where it is but reject it.
