How to stop the cursor/pointer from swaying around?

I am on a desktop, Window 10 just installed a bunch of stuff that I don't even use and now my cursor/pointer is swaying around and I can't get it to stop, I am using Firefox if that will help.

I think I know the problem,try going into your "Ease of Assess" from your control panel and un-check the boxes that has to do with the navigator or narrator, sometimes these options/setting can cause problems with the cursor .

Could just be a coincidence that your mouse batteries are dying if you are using a wireless mouse.

try disabling your add-ons, one of them is causing it or maybe you pc is just lagging and the mouse moves are just saved up until the cpu catches up which may be what you are seeing.
