A Fandango Movie Pass so they can go on dates or a date at the movie theater. Or you can get a gift card from the movie theater they go to the most?
If they have a baby, you could offer to babysit?
Or, if you are ever out of town, they could stay at your place so they can be alone together without having to stay at a hotel (which they probably can't afford).
Even money towards saving to move to their own place, no matter how small the amount, is something, unless they're totally spoiled and have never worked for anything before. She might want to start a kind of little Hope Chest towards that goal, buying a set of sheets or mixing bowls, kitchen towels, etc as she goes along before then.
Even a cheap 2-3 person dome tent would be a cool gift so they could go camping alone together? IF they like camping? That was a gift I valued once upon a time.
