Unexpected kernel mode trap while playing VR.?

Whenever I play VR games my computer ends up getting the good old BSOD. I m running a Intel 6800K 16GB of corsair vengeance. 2 RX-480 8gbs a500gb Samsung SSD. I ve never had this problem until now. Every now and then it will add that my oculus rift file caused the BSOD, however all my drivers are up to date. I ve always had suspicions about my motherboard, it s a X99 MSI MP5 gaming. However I find it odd to only do such things while playing VR
