How would we know? We aren't in charge of issuing the invitations or recording the acceptances. We also don't know how elaborate the obsequies are going to be.

I imagine several European monarchies will send representatives, perhaps members of their families, but it's not likely many sovereigns will attend. When Otto von Habsburg, head of the House of Habsburg, died, to name someone else who belonged to a no-longer-reigning house, the only king present at the funeral was the King of Sweden, though the sovereigns of Liechtenstein and Luxembourg also attended. The Queen of the UK did not, officially, send any family members, though Prince and Princess Michael of Kent were present.

As a minor king most people have no knowledge of very few royals would turn up.

Usually it is the rent-a-royal crowd of displaced European princes whose titles exist only in their imaginations.

Prince Edward may represent the UK; it's possible that Harry or William attend. Albert of Monaco will possibly attend. The Grand Dukes of Luxembourg and Liechtenstein are likely to attend.

It was quite a thin turnout for his wife 'Queen' Anne who died last year, so I am guessing it won't be that much better.

The Spanish and Parma contingent were conspicuous by their absence. He did live in the UK for a while so whether the Queen sends someone remains to be seen.
