Judaism goes back at least to the Bronze Age and the belief in Yaweh, but it was not until around 700 BCE that Yaweh became the ONLY God of the Jews. Jews have lived in and around Israel continuously for 8-10,000 years (Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, Egypt etc). They have been split up and came back together several times and today Jews can be found all over the world including India and China and isolated groups in some Muslim countries.

I think it’s 5000 or 7000 thousand years according to an episode of Seinfeld.

After the 9th century BCE the tribes and chiefdoms of Iron Age I were replaced by ethnic nation states, Israel, Judah, Moab, Ammon and others, each with its national god, and all more or less equal. Iron Age Yahweh was the national god of the kingdoms of Israel and Judah, and appears to have been worshiped only in these two kingdoms.

What do you mean by "together"? Right now, they aren't "together." They live all over the world. They have ever since the Diaspora, which is when the Jews were scattered after the fall of Jerusalem to Babylon in the 6th century BC. The Jews as a people date back to Abraham, around 2100 BC.
