Where do you think Japanese superstar, Shohei Ohtani, will sign?

He could sign with virtually any team, but only make a maximum $3.5 million, due to the international signing bonus allowed by each team. since he's not waiting an extra year, and turning 23 last July, he can't enter the league as an unrestricted free agent. The Yankees and Rangers can offer the max amount for the international bonus pool. The Cubs, for instance, can only offer $300,000. but, any team that wants to make an offer, has to post $20 million to Ohtani's former Japanese team. then they have 21 days to negotiate.
Update: Rhodes. he's still a pitcher. while the schedule maybe longer, he'll be in a five, maybe even six man rotation down the stretch. i would rather use him as a pitcher than a fielder.
