Why does Lois Lerner have to have her testimony held from the public?

The federal government paid $3.5 million to Tea Party groups to compensate for IRS targeting.

That's insanity that "Tea Party" groups who fraudulently applied for tax-exempt status as "social welfare groups" in order to hide their donor lists got a nickle out of any settlement. It's the JOB of the IRS to investigate fraudulent claims, and the fact of the matter is that the IRS was being inundated by fraudulent requests from "conservative" PACs just interested in hiding their donor lists...

"The federal government paid $3.5 million to Tea Party groups to compensate for IRS targeting."

Actually, they paid that settlement to make the lawsuit go away, which is the same thing Trump has done dozens of times.

If your conclusion is "the federal government is guilty" then, you must also conclude "Trump was guilty".
