Be nice to yourself
Deleting your favorite food is a bad idea. .Thoughtless weight loss is not a diet. It is a small reprogramming of only three fixed habits.
Use only the unconscious margin.Do not be tempted to a strict diet. Limit yourself to the unconscious margin. By eating 100 to 200 kilocalories a day less, your body and mind is "fooled" and you do get a rejuvenating feeling. And the beauty is: it seems like you did not have to do anything.
Close compromises Forget everything you've ever read about losing weight. Just keep eating and drinking as you did.Do not leave anything, but compromise. For example: 'I only eat a dessert when I first eat fruit', or 'I eat as much as I want, but never serve for a second time', or 'I love cheese, but always use a cheese slicer'. Drink three glasses of wine instead of four at night, or drink cola light instead of regular cola.
Keep track of your new habit Keep checking every day for four weeks whether you have kept to the changes.
