Only the parent can do it. That's an administrator privilege

Why? Do not you believe your moms and dads will discover the controls are off or disabled? Chances are you will have no Web at all afterwards when they find you meddled with the settings.
There is no chance to bypass the adult controls unless you log into the router and reset them. Resetting the router itself would clear it, however that would clear the admin login, wifi passwords, and whatever. That would be identified by your moms and dads right now.

If you have to ask this question, then you might not be old enough to use a connection or device without parental controls.

I'd rather not.

There is no way to bypass the parental controls unless you log into the router and reset them. Resetting the router itself would clear it, but that would clear the admin login, wifi passwords, and everything as well. That would be detected by your parents right away.
You risk getting cut off altogether messing with what your parents are setting as "limits" for your Internet use. It is their Internet (they pay for it), their rules. If you want an open Internet, buy your own service and control it yourself...
