Why are my muscles never sore after working out?

When I first started lifting a couple months ago I would be sore all the time, but that only lasted for a few weeks. Now I'm never sore. It don't matter how intense my workout is. I won't be sore for more than 30 minutes afterwards. I do 15 sets of bicep curls every day and each set I go to failure.
