Several different answers to that CC cleaner has a list of things to delete that you can check mark and also has manual cleaning tools like the Registry Cleaner and the startup cleaner and the system restore cleaner when you run these tools it deletes those items to the wild of your hard drive that's the part where garbage and deleted items go to now ordinarily they just set there taking up space until they are over written by other information however in CC cleaner all the way to the bottom of the options he will see where it says clean free space if you check mark that option CC cleaner will clean the wild of your hard drive over writing it with random characters this process takes considerable time and I would suggest and if you were going to do it set it to do so before you go to sleep and when you wake up in the morning it will have cleaned out the wild of your hard drive

CC Cleaner is a great tool. I would say they get as close to root possible
