Is it better health wise, to wear socks or go barefoot?
At home, I always wear socks, I rarely go barefoot. But recently I've been wondering if feet need to air out? I take a shower everyday so stink isn't really an issue. But I'm just curious if it would be better for my health to go barefoot instead?
I'll try going barefoot every once in a while to see if I can get used to it. Thanks Mystique.

Barefoot is better...IF you have a soft carpeting.
With a harder nap on the carpeting - or hardwood floors - keep the socks on (and use soft, comfortable, slippers in the winter). Not only can those types of flooring cause foot problems over the years, but back problems as well.
