The massive road system of the Incas eventually spread over ancient Peru, Ecuador, Chile, Bolivia, and Argentina. Argentina was on one of the main roads for trade. A band of Chiriguano, Native American people from nearby Paraguay actually attacked the Incas so I doubt they ever traded.
