Tire rotation every 200 miles?

"Tire rotation" refers to moving the tires around on your car in order to help them wear more evenly and last longer. I doubt if that's what you are refering to, but that's what the other answers are assuming. Some dealers provide free lifetime rotation, but at others you must pay. That's why doing that every 200 miles can be expensive and unnecessary.
But I suspect you are asking how many times a tire rotates in 200 miles.
A 23" diameter tire has a circumference of 23π inches
In 200 miles it rotates
200x5280x12 / 23π = 175374.90 times.
Adjust as needed for other diameter wheels.

That would be excessive and unnecessary.
