Did the Aztecs know of the Incas, or any of the Carribean islands?

Probably not. The Aztecs were a land based power, mostly in central Mexico in the Valley of Mexico surrounded by mountains. There's no record of them ever traveling by sea. They were...walkers...(no horses).

So, no seacoast, no boats to go to islands, and way too far to walk from Mexico City all the way to Ecuador (through jungles/ over mountains) to see the Inca.

    They might be knowing.

No, simply because the distance between the two was too great. There is no evidence that the two groups met.
