here's the problem... plus ANO benefit..
99% of all employees are good, honest, integral and worth everything they are paid.
1% are not only, not working, but disrupting the work, maybe damaging your customer relations, or just not doing the work/quality checks - so goods go out unchecked.
Do you want to be driving the car or fly in the plane that was signed off by that employee ??
So for the good of all..
you have to monitor the work of employees.. because of the 1%
PLUS... especially in customer sales etc
Customers can be the ones claiming bad behaviour or cheated change etc.
So records of what actually happened, can protect the employee ;)
.. same for employee to employee (and bad manager) interaction.
Now, constant watching may be breed insecurity
but back up recording to catch poor events (or equipment walking off the premises), or act as insurance in disputes...seems like a good ides.
so share how it is used, and the benefits with the workforce...
