Eating healthy and replacing your diet with fresh vegetables, protein, and lastly fruits.
Cut out all the complex carbohydrates like white bread, white pasta, and sugar like cookies, cakes, etc. In order to loose weight, no pill is going to do it....
the only thing you can "take" to loose weight would be something like crack - cocaine, but I wouldn't go there personally....
It is all about calories in VS. calories out. Eat less than you burn.
And cardio should become your new best friend. 30 minutes daily for 6-7 days out of the week. It is recommended adults should get AT LEAST 30 minutes of cardiovascular activity a day, try interval training for major fat burn, trust me, it works.
I lost 20 pounds after I started watching what I ate and did cardio 30-40 minutes a day (running, elliptical, bike, stair master) and also lifting weights too, once I lose the initial weight, because the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn at rest.
