What I find in business its mostly about jumping obstacles, every success was a problem or hurdle that needed to be jumped.
There are a whole bunch of highly trained and skilled unemployed people 50+ out there with exactly the right skills you need, so the first thing - PROTECT YOUR IDEA, and get an NDA.
Then literally google all the social media, until you find a highly skilled professional looking for work - You then bring them on board for 2 purposes, fill the skills gap, learn the skills gap yourself.
Remember you manage to get someone to agree to low pay for a while, then based on a share of break even profits etc, and you can hire someone who might have been on 400k 6 months before, and who will rocket your business forward, its in their interests to do so.
Knowing your own limitations in business is essential, creative filling them, then fixing them is vital. When I wanted to be a bank, i didn't have the banker skills and qualifications required, so i found a guy who's bank downsized he was on 5m a year, we did a deal, and we are working hard to fulfill the criteria to launch our own bank. My net worth tripled in a few years under him. (and no he isnt being paid 5m now but when we begin he will get a substantial pay)
