Is this enough vegetables to get the nutrients I need?
I eat only kale, carrots, spinach every day. Should I add another vegetable to my diet? When I mean only eat , I don’t mean that’s all I eat, I eat Whole Foods, what I mean is the vegetables. For fruits I eat apples , bananas and oranges?

Variety is what you're looking for. Each and every food has it's own vitamins. You eat 3 kinds of veggies, you're only getting those vitamins in them. Peas, green beans, etc all have different vitamins.

No that's good, but add some purple / yellow veg, for a full range of anti-oxidants.
