If by "we" you mean YOU and by "airframes" you mean "aircraft which will be carrying actual people," then I want you to step away from every aspect of aerospace engineering and go find something more suited to your skills, like washing cars.
Are there aerospace-grade adhesives and tapes that are good for the applications you're describing: absolutely. Like the other answer said, 3M would be an excellent resource. But YOU are not the person I would trust with the job of figuring out what's appropriate and what isn't, or what resources you should try.
My evidence: this question. This venue. Yahoo! Answers is where people lacking clues come to find suggestions of where to find a spot to start. In more isolated instances it's where people with somewhat more esoteric questions come looking for the wisdom of those familiar with the topics at hand.
It is NOT where you go looking for esoteric, highly specialized information upon which will hinge the safety and lives of hundreds of people. The stakes are too high. The thresholds are too low.
Obviously you're a troll, but I'm putting all this down so that hopefully someone else will read it and take away an important lesson. I fear it's much too late for you of course, but I'm putting it here nevertheless.
