Start being the most educated teen on earth. How many lawn services are already in your area? How many restaurants, how many organic groceries, how many fast food franchises, how many welders, how many HVAC companies, how many shopping services or services that will pick up at any restaurant and home deliver, how many day care centers?
In other words right now start finding these things out and find one that is heavily lacking in your area and go for it.
Like to sleep in or go to bed early? Then forget it you will now have an 80 hour week for a few years. You work alone for that year or so until you can hire help and pay them enough to keep them, then your real problems start both with paperwork and the irs.
Like days off or weekends, forget it you have nothing off for that first few years.
It is not easy and to some extent depending on business you are still a slave to customers.
I own 6 small business and 10 franchises and it was not easy but now are all thriving and I have people I can trust to do tons of the managerial work.
IF and only if you are willing to put in the hard work then go for it, if you like lots of off time forget it and work for someone else.
