Exercises to strengthen core without bending your spine?
I know it seems quite stupid, but I would like to try and start getting quite active and fit again. However, I had surgery two years ago for scoliosis, meaning my spine was curved. I've had metal implants in my back - two metal rods down my spine which means I cannot bend my spine. I have various different exercises that I can do but I am really lacking any core muscles as it means bending my spine which i cannot do?
