I got a DUI once, I flipped my car and it caught on fire, I was 22 at the time. It was a difficult time, but, you have to pay your dues in life. I look back at it as a learning lesson now. Hind-sight is 20-20 right? We'll always encounter problems in life, it's what we do about them that defines who we are, and our character builds. I work in sales today and travel up and down the state. I get payed well, own a home, a DUI will not hold you back. If I may, I would suggest finding a new girlfriend, focus on yourself for a long while and define what is truly important in your life and get rid of everything else. Like I said, there will always be problems, some are good problems (but they are still problems, like my mortgage). Make better choices - have better problems. God bless.
