You are going about it in a wrong way. Don't try to convince her about what you think is right; show her how wrong her beliefs are. I have always believed that the bible is its own greatest nemesis. For every verse, there is a 'counter-verse' to it.
When debating on Jesus is God and your mother quotes: "John 10:30 I and my Father are one". Ask her to explain:
"Mark 10:18 And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou Me good? There is none good but One, that is, God".
When discussing about God's law and commandments being changed by Jesus and she quotes: "Matthew 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil". Ask her to explain why Jesus not only went against God's command not to do work on a sabbath (Exodus 20:8-11) but justified his action based on others who had broken the command (Matthew 12).
There are many others. But do you really want to destroy her belief?
The bible is your greatest source.
