You should definitely learn both.
Which means you should start with 2.
When someone learns to drive, they are NOT focused on the brand of car that they are going to learn with. Your first programming course is about learning the basics of programming.
So, stop worrying about it. If you are going to be a programmer, you are NOT going to stop with one language.
My first programming course taught Fortran AND PL/I. And later I learned Pascal, PDP-11 assembler, Cobol, IBM 370 assembler, DOS, dBase, Paradox, MASM, C, VBA, SQL, AWK, HTML, Python, C++, Java.
But, most importantly, STOP PROCRASTINATING. Flip a coin if that's what it takes to make a decision.
