You wouldn't get sued, but eBay does take complaints, and lately has been siding with the buyer in a lot of the disputes. Look on the eBay website and find out how long they have to file a dispute. Keep the money handy until then, and then you shouldn't worry. Lots of people pay way too much for weird stuff on eBay. If it was exactly what was described in the listing, you should be fine.
As far as suing someone, don't worry about that. It would likely cost him $200 in court fees to even file a suit, and that's not how you do it on eBay anyway. form now on, make sure that you only have a picture of the thing you're selling, nothing more.
