GTA V Stuttering Issues?

Whenever I play Grand Theft Auto V, in the middle of my session after 30 minutes of playing i always get stuttering up to 1fps. My graphics options are Very High with MSAA turned off, FXAA to X2 and Advanced Graphics turned off. I also play at 1440x900 resolution. Here are my specs.

Motherboard: MSI H81M-P33 Motherboard

HDD: Western Digital Green 500GB SATA

RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury 8gb Single DDR3 1866Mhz

CPU: Intel Core i3-4170 Haswell Dual-Core 3.7 GHz

GPU: Palit Geforce GTX 1050TI StormX 4G

PSU: Corsair VS450 Power Supply

Would be greatly appreciated if someone could help me. Thank you in advance :)

If it doesn't start right away, it's likely either overheating or a memory issue. Download MSI Afterburner and use it to monitor temperatures of the CPU and GPU and also the RAM usage before and after the stuttering starts. If either the CPU or GPU goes over 90c, that would be the cause. Clean out as much dust from inside your case as you can and replace the thermal paste. If RAM usage maxes out, try closing background programs while playing and using lower settings.
