Yes Cam ,Phil & Gloria are the most popular characters. They would lose most of it's audience with them gone the most

But Haley is the most popular of the kids.She would be missed but it still could go on without her

It was already renewed for 2 more seasons so it's not ending anytime soon and Sarah isn't leaving MF, they even raised the younger adult cast mates salaries

That would be bad for the show. Any time a character who has been there from the start leaves, it's always detrimental to the series, and shows that it's about to end.
