Just reading that made my stomach growl. I LOVE pizza, chips, fries, tacos, grilled cheese, doughnuts, ice cream, candy, chocolate, etc. But I also love fruits and salad and eggs. I'm not much of a soda person though.
yeah - i dont necessasarily consider pizza or potato chips "junk food" per se, you just have to be careful how much you have - but going to "leaner" carbs like rice, corn, quinoa as your main carb source - it keeps me slimmer around the mid section - i dont really make it a goal of "burn belly fat", i just try to think lean and muscly - im like 190 right now and not trying to lose weight - the other thing is avoid soy
