You can try stimulant laxatives (ducolax), suppositories or olive oil in the rectum, even enemas. Mostly though if it's blocked and you can feel it, it'll stay there until you can push or pull it out. I've had it before after trying all of the above (advised by the nurses and doctors at the hospital as I'm on medication that constipates a lot) where I was given a pair of gloves, some lube and told to just pull it out.
If you struggle with this a lot, when it's out try something like fibre sachets once a day if you find it hard to get your dose of fibre. Drink lots of water and if it continues take natural laxatives like senna for a few days until you feel it is clear.
