Why is this yahoo user so ignorant of the facts?

In a previous question, I talked about possibly challenging a law as being unconstitutional,

the law in question being: Selective Service requirements for only men, but not women...

and this idiot, going by the username "Tortfeasor"

answers by saying "The supreme court has ruled on this before" in an effort to undermine my point.

okay,

#1.

When the Supreme Court ruled on this in 1981, it was SPECIFICALLY stated in that ruling that women being barred from combat at the time was the justification for it.

Today, women are allowed in combat.

So different circumstances apply.

#2.

Even if it wasn't different circumstances,

(and it clearly is but let's say hypothetically it wasn't)......

precedents have been overturned before.

Just look at plessy v ferguson.

Trolling 101: State a lie with confidence and defend it as the truth to the end. Make up fake references and events to back up your lie.

9finger is just an aHole who actually believes his own lies.

A bit defensive, aren't you? I was not referring to you, just trolls in general.

As far as my blue face, it keeps trolls from blocking and stalking me.

Update: I believe you. I was referring to the Cuckservative troll's answer.

Well @Lois Griffin. If you weren't such a troll. People would take your questions seriously.
