By law, which you can verify yourself at fda.gov, yogurt must be made primarily from streptococcus thermophilus, throat bacteria. It is no different from ice cream. The beneficial bacteria is L. acidophilus. Real yogurt was banned over 20 years ago. Probably from industry pressure because S. thermophilus "yogurt" is much easier to make and the ban prevents higher quality competition. You can also read right at fda.gov how they'll warn and then confiscate any product that doesn't comply. Oatmeal and almond milk are much more nutritious, and you can verify their nutrient content at https://ndb.nal.usda.gov/ndb/.
So between essentially ice cream with berries on it, or oatmeal with almonds and berries on it, go with #2.

Not much difference, but the 2nd option has more carbs (I think) so stick with #1

Equal but if you want to go vegan, you'd go with #2.
