Of course not. Any claims to the contrary are just fraudulent claims made online or in womens magazines by illiterate bimbos or by con artists looking to sell you a program to make money.
Applying any type or oil and/or egg or massaging your hair or staying upside down does NOT make your hair grow longer or faster. Its nonsense with no medical or scientific reality to back it up.
There truly are no oils that make your hair grow longer or faster or thicker. More stupidity from bimbos and scam artists.
Once your hair grows, the grown out part is dead. It makes no difference if you rub anything on the ends even if its organic or expensive. Coconut, olive, jojoba, avocado, castor, sweet almond, aloe, vitamin e, baby, etc oils will do nothing to change that.
Rubbing it on the scalp will do nothing either.
there is nothing one can do ever to speed up the growth of their hair, to make it thicker or to change structure, or to make it grow where it doesn't if it is thinning at the scalp.
It doesn't matter if you massage, apply oils, buy expensive creams/lotions, or take supplements, if you stay upside down for others. None of them will make a difference, not even a tiny one. The same goes for eyelashes and eyebrows.
Your only option is to accept your hair the way that it is, to be patient to wait for it to grow longer, or to get a high quality convincing lace front wig.
