Shouldn't it be Colombia's and Peru's fault for the drugs unless it's that hard to control them?

Colombia and Peru can't control them, and no one is forcing anyone to buy them. Colombia and Peru do not have the forces to stop them, and cannot afford to do it.

We don't force anyone to buy guns and bombs. We just sell them. (We can stop them from buying them from us)

The problem is the USA demand for drugs that is the problem it cost 500 dollars to make 1 million street value cocaine.
