Heater leaking water unless set for high temp.?

Unless the heat is set for 80 degrees or more, water leaks. It's warm water, not hot or cold. If I set it for anything below 80 about 15 minutes later it will begin leaking again. Yes, I did have a professional here yesterday. Whatever he did seemed to have worked, but then a few hours later, it started up again.
