Does anyone know a good substitute of painkillers for horrible period pains?
I try not to take any painkillers because they're bad for your liver, and I used to take a lot of them every time I experienced even the littlest pains. I've tried chamomile tea and heated pads for my stomach but nothing seems to work. I've also tried some yoga poses for menustral cramps, but they only seem to work temporarily. Ask your GP.
Mefanamic acid is popular.
