If university denied you and you went to college and then want to transfer to that university again. Do you have a opportunity to be accepted ?

    You aren't rejected for all time. You're rejected at a specific time for a specific opening. You can take a gap year and apply again, start college somewhere else and apply to transfer, get a degree elsewhere and apply for a second degree, and so on.

    Yes, just because you are denied once doesn't mean you will be denied indefinitely. As long as you meet the requirements for a transfer student set by the University you are applying to, you will definitely be considered.
