You can perhaps get a pretty good view of a Clinton presidency if you take the time to do the research: "Hard Choices" (2016) by Hillary lays out her four years of decision-making and successes during her four years as our top diplomat, but also gives readers lots of insight into behind-the-scenes events and strategies at the national and international levels.
Vladimir Putin is a very short man, and he is aging, so he tends to resort to bully tactics---something neither President Obama or Secretary of State Hillary Clinton did not allow without sanctions, even though there was no public confrontation so that the egomaniacal former head of the ruthless KGB could save face. Putin has a secret desire to appear "heroic" to the Russian people, so he likes to cover up his criminal behaviors ("The Kleptocracy of Putin: Who Really Controls Russia" by Karen Dawesch), but the Obama team was able to hold Putin accountable with strategically placed ECONOMIC SANCTIONS on the Russian mafia oligarchs that Putin likes to have in power---all of whom answer to him. The answer is no...we would not be at war and there would also be peace in the Middle East with Hillary and Bill Clinton in the White House.
