Getting water to 105 degrees celsius?

Boiling water boils because the water wants to escape from the heat in simple terms, but if I were to make a incompressible container, fill it with water, and heat it up, could I theoretically get the water to above 100 degrees celsius? Possibly 125 degrees or even 200 degrees?
