Are Native American cultures and societies ok with LGBT people?

In the past 500 dreary years, some Native American (US and Canada) groups became very fundamentalist Christian. But if a particular group dodged that bullet, they can frequently be very gay friendly-- often from the perspective that society likes to make life hard for all us minority groups, so let's not do that *to each other* too. If their culture and society haven't yet been totally beat down, then people have healthy respect and kindness for people as individuals-- and if someone finds love, and it happens to be with someone of the same gender, well good for them! (And if it happens that some Church Lady doesn't like gay people, someone often takes her aside and explains the merits of divine fellowship that can be best achieved by them adhering to a highly introspective theology of STFU.)

Not after the missionaries "converted" them.

No. I live in a part of New Mexico that is majority Native and find them to be anti-gay.

They WERE before the invasion. Like the Buffalo Dance. Nowadays some of them have become brainwashed by the WORST "values" and traits of the oppressors.

Many are ok with it, none of them think the lgbt are gods, nor do they worship them. They just accept them as relatives. The "2 spirit" thing is new age however, not Native.

Like any culture or cross-section of people, something like that can only be determined on an individual basis.

there is no "entire Native American nation". There are over 550 different Nations recognized by the federal govt. Each is different from the next, some vastly different from others.
