My friend have found my lost Sony Handycam, but it's crushed from it being ranover by a car. Would the warranty cover for that?

If the Handycam was purchased using a credit card, check the terms & conditions of the credit card - they may have some sort of coverage available. Sony warranty will cover workmanship issues and getting run over by a car is not a manufacturer's problem.

Being crushed by a car is NOT a manufacturer's defect.

Nope. I have never seen a warranty cover such a reason for product failure. They would call that intentional cause, careless cause, or an act of God. It sounds like game over.

A warranty normally only covers manufacturing defects, not abuse or other damage not the fault of the manufacturer. So unless advertising said you could drive a car over it, no.
