Imagine if they cut funding for states with sanctuary cities. That would give a democrat president the right to do the same to any state that shuts down a planned parenthood facility. Take that states federal funding a give it to planned parenthood. That would drive the right wing nuts. That's what the Democrats need to be working on. Winning the white house back in four years and erasing all of trumps executive orders.
