    A.

You need to know a few facts(you mis-represented here out of ignorance). Bhutan is a country that is different from all others. It preserves its traditional way of Life with environmental component. It is a common misnomer that only modern day Science has answers for environment & its issues, while all traditional methods destroy the ecology of a place. Bhutan doesn't cut forests as you say, except what has been practised over the millennia - where necessary & only to match new growth. Bhutan doesn't flaunt its Tourism (it can rival or even surpass Switzerland). It doesn't want Tourist income. Try getting a Tourist visa there - chances are, you won't get it.

Bhutan has never supported cutting its forests. Whoever wrote that question clearly knows little about the general attitudes to nature in Bhutan.
