Coffers are simply "Financial Resources" for a corporation. This can be made up of cash , assets, and or inventory or receivables. Anything considered to provide value that is tangible.

Hierarchy is the upper echelons of company or the owners Senior Management then mid management then supervisors etc the "HIGHER ARCHY" are those that can cause the most "ANARCHY" within the company as they make the rules and generally the mistakes that cause companies to fail.

So if you are a worker the hierarchy is everyone above you in succession.
