I explored an abandoned building as a teenager, *I'm a young adult now*. I may have had been briefly exposed to Asbestos. Am I in danger?

Don't get all worked over it. You are fine. When I was a young sailor back in the early 60s the ship I was on went through an overhaul. This included replacing some of the steam lines. These pipes were wrapped in asbestos and covered in canvas to keep anyone touched them from getting a really bad burn. I can remember walking through compartment so full of asbestos dust it was like a snow storm. I am still kicking these 50+ years later.

Asbestos exposure is dangerous when it involves repeated exposure over a long period of time. You're in no danger.
