Best xbox one games to buy?

I got a new xbox one s and it came with gears of war 4 but idk which games are good to get. What are your favorite 3 games you'd recommend for xbox one? thanks!

I would look at the older discounted games like Fallout 4 it comes with Fallout 3 included. Halo master chief collection or Halo 5, Grand Theft Auto 5, Tomb Raider, Wolfenstein is pretty cool and cheap right now but there is no online play.
