Mercury from eating fish every day?

I've heard and read that you can get mercury poisoning or other health problems from eating fish every day, but if I'm eating salmon 4 days a week (small portions) and tuna salad on the 3 other days (again, small portions), will I really be hurting myself or is it not that big of a deal?

The USDA and the FDA and EPA recommend less than 2 servings of fish a week.

Yep, heard about it too. Can't say for sure the best one to ask this is your doctor but it does seem like too much fish products to be considered healthy. It's also not a good balanced diet as you should have and it can cause losses in vitamins and other things.

    Try every other day instead.
